What others have to say.

In May of 2016 my husband and I had Reece and Monika do our house inspection in Saanich and we were really impressed. We were on a house hunting trip and only had a few days to find a home and with the competitive market we were really worried about 1, finding a house, 2, winning the bid, 3, buying a house that had a lot of problems because we were in a hurry and the market was so crazy. A Buyer's Choice was identified as a service provider for public servants who are being moved and I was also worried that they would be so busy they wouldn't be able to do our job on such short notice.

Reece answered the phone when I called! He booked an appointment for us right away and this alone relieved so much stress for us. When we met, they were very thorough; they walked us through the whole house and discussed all our scenarios with us at length. We were buying an older house and we knew there were cosmetic issues so we really needed to know if the "guts" of the house were ok or if the issues could be resolved within our budget. They provided us with answers to all our questions.

When we received the house inspection report I was amazed! It was detailed, had pictures of all of the relevant issues, and really provided us with great information. I was having some technical email issues and Reece sent the report to me three different times in two different formats! He also recommended an electrical company that he was familiar with for us to contact as we needed to have our new 200 amp service hooked up and had no idea who to contact. I also forwarded our house inspection to our handyman who is going to do a lot of the cosmetic work on our house once we move in and he said it was one of the best inspection reports (format, pictures, information) he had ever seen!

Overall it was a great service and provided us with peace of mind during a stressful, exciting time and their input and information helped us to make a good decision about a possible life-altering situation. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this kind of a service.
